The challenge

A-Z had no real website, an incomplete Google Business Profile, and no way for customers to confirm hours, services, or pricing before walking in. Phone calls during business hours interrupted in-store service. The notary line of business in particular relied on outdated paper signage and word of mouth, leaving meaningful revenue on the table. They needed to be the obvious local choice in every search result that mattered.

Our approach

We designed a clean, mobile-first website built around the actions customers actually take: drop-off shipping, custom packing, notary appointments, and mailbox rentals. Each service got its own page with clear pricing guidance and a one-tap call or directions button. We rebuilt the Google Business Profile with full service categories, professional photos, and a structured review request flow. A focused local SEO push targeted the highest-intent Naples queries, and a small Google Ads budget covered branded and notary-related searches during peak season.

The results

Within four months, walk-in traffic from online discovery grew 65% and notary bookings tripled month over month. The shop now ranks first for 'shipping services Naples' and most adjacent local terms. Mobile traffic grew 120% as the responsive site replaced a desktop-only legacy page. Phone interruptions dropped because customers find their answers online before arriving.
