Fortress Wellness Center is a holistic health facility in Fort Lauderdale offering functional medicine, IV therapy, and wellness coaching. Founded by a husband-and-wife team, they had a loyal local following through word-of-mouth but could not grow beyond their immediate neighborhood. Their brand felt clinical and cold, and they were invisible in local search.
The challenge
No cohesive brand identity. A basic template website with stock photos. Sporadic social media. Zero SEO strategy. Searches for 'wellness center Fort Lauderdale' returned competitors while Fortress was nowhere to be found. They needed a complete identity overhaul and a digital strategy that would attract health-conscious clients actively searching for their services.
Our approach
We started with brand strategy workshops and landed on 'strength through wellness' as their core message. We designed a complete visual identity with a warm, modern aesthetic. The new website was built for conversion with service pages optimized for local search and an integrated booking system. We launched a dual SEO and content strategy with weekly blog posts targeting wellness keywords. Social media was rebuilt with consistent aesthetics and an engagement strategy that grew their following to nearly 200K, and we ran Google Ads campaigns that delivered a 5.4x return on ad spend.
The results
Patient intake tripled within six months. Social media grew to nearly 200K followers with a 5.2% engagement rate. Organic search traffic grew 280%. Google Ads delivered a 5.4x return on ad spend. Three blog articles ranked on page one for local wellness keywords. Patient satisfaction scores improved as the new brand set clearer expectations.
