Veritas Medical Centers is a multi-location healthcare provider in South Florida. They had clinical excellence but zero digital presence. No unified brand, no social media, no advertising, and a website from 2017. New patient acquisition was declining while competitors invested heavily in digital marketing. They needed everything built from scratch.
The challenge
Veritas had four locations with inconsistent branding, an outdated website, incomplete Google profiles, and no social media or content strategy. When a competing clinic (Oscar Health) suddenly closed and left patients stranded, Veritas needed to react immediately to capture displaced patients. They needed a partner who could move fast across every channel simultaneously.
Our approach
We started with brand unification across all four locations and built a conversion-optimized website with location-specific landing pages. We launched and grew their social media, taking Instagram from a few hundred to 2,800 followers, producing content with AI-generated avatars for consistent brand presence. When the Oscar Health crisis hit, we launched an emergency campaign within 48 hours that captured displaced patients searching for a new provider. We optimized all Google profiles, ran multi-channel ad campaigns, and built automated email sequences for patient retention.
The results
Organic search traffic grew 195% across all four locations. New patient inquiries climbed to 32 a month from the website. Instagram grew 8.2x, from 340 to 2,800 followers. Google My Business profile views tripled. The emergency campaign captured displaced patients in record time. Review scores climbed from 3.9 to 4.6 stars. The email newsletter achieved 38% open rates.
