Founded by experienced CPAs, they had built a strong reputation through personal relationships but their outdated image was costing them clients who expected a modern, professional digital presence.
The challenge
Their brand looked like it had not been updated in over a decade. Generic logo, static website with dense text, zero digital marketing. Competitors with slick websites and active social presence were winning clients that B&O was more qualified to serve. They needed to project the same level of sophistication online that they delivered in person, and they needed a system that could nurture leads at scale.
Our approach
We repositioned B&O from 'local tax preparer' to 'strategic financial partner.' Over two years, we built a comprehensive content funnel using AI-generated avatar videos for personal branding, covering tax topics, application processes, and financial guidance. We redesigned their brand and website, structured around client needs rather than service lists. We launched targeted Google Ads and built a multi-platform social media strategy. We implemented automated client communication through Respond.io with AI-powered responses on WhatsApp, handling initial inquiries and appointment scheduling automatically.
The results
Within 4 months of the rebrand, B&O reported a 67% increase in new client consultations. Website session duration tripled. Google Ads generated a consistent flow of qualified leads at $42 CPA.
