    My Cosmetic Surgery Miami is a cosmetic surgery practice in Miami operating in one of the most competitive markets in the country. With dozens of cosmetic surgery clinics spending aggressively on advertising, they needed a campaign strategy that would cut through the noise and deliver real patient consultations, not just clicks.

    The challenge

    The Miami cosmetic surgery market is saturated with advertisers. Cost per click is high, and most leads are price-shoppers who never book. My Cosmetic Surgery needed campaigns that attracted serious patients ready to commit, not tire-kickers looking for the cheapest option.

    Our approach

    We conducted a deep analysis of their competitive digital environment, identifying gaps in competitor messaging and underserved audience segments.
