Palisade Windows & Doors installs hurricane impact windows, doors, and storm protection systems for homeowners across Florida. The company has the licensing, the manufacturer relationships, and the install crews to scale, but their lead pipeline was almost entirely tied to a few referral partners and a paid advertising habit that kept getting more expensive.
The challenge
Florida homeowners researching impact windows rely heavily on Google before requesting an estimate. Palisade's old site was thin, slow, and missing the trust signals homeowners want before scheduling a consultation: financing options, manufacturer warranties, install timelines, and clear pricing guidance. With Google Ads costs climbing year over year, the business needed a sustainable organic and CRM-driven channel to lower customer acquisition cost.
Our approach
We launched a full lead-generation engine. The new website was structured around county-level service pages that each ranked for 'impact windows [county]' and similar high-intent searches. Project galleries with before-and-after photos and customer testimonials replaced generic stock imagery. A multi-step estimate request form captured project scope, qualifying leads before reaching the sales team. We rebuilt the Google Business Profile, layered in HubSpot CRM for automated lead nurturing, and tightened Google Ads to focus only on terms organic could not yet cover.
The results
Within the first quarter, estimate requests grew 340% and monthly qualified leads now exceed 60 homeowners. Service area expanded from 3 counties to 8 as organic rankings opened new markets. Cost per lead dropped 55% compared to the previous paid-only model because most new leads now arrive through organic search and HubSpot nurture sequences. The install calendar is booked weeks in advance.
We stopped renting our pipeline from Google Ads. Now homeowners find us, qualify themselves, and arrive at the consultation already knowing what they want.
