The challenge
The original website was a basic template with low-resolution photos and no clear story. There was no visual hierarchy that conveyed craftsmanship, no architect-quality photography, and no differentiation from generic production builders. High-net-worth buyers expect a premium experience from the first click, and the site failed that test before a single conversation could happen. Search visibility for high-intent terms like 'luxury home builder South Florida' did not exist.
Our approach
We rebuilt the brand around quiet confidence and craftsmanship. The new website was a custom WordPress build with full-bleed project galleries, architect-style photography treatment, and project pages that read like editorial features rather than spec sheets. Each home received a dedicated case page with floor plans, materials, and the story behind the design. We layered in technical SEO, schema markup, and a content plan targeting luxury construction keywords. A Calendly-powered consultation flow replaced the generic contact form, qualifying serious buyers before they reached the team.
